Responsibilities of the position:

  • - Accepting telephone calls operatively;
  • - Answering questions asked by customers and relevant
  • referral to a person;
  • - Registration of customer requests and forwarding to the technical department;
  • - Registration of incoming applications;
  • - Timely and accurate performance of tasks given by management
  • fulfillment;
  • - Listening to customers' complaints, suggestions and recommendations and appropriate
  • referral to a person;
  • - Making calls to subscribers based on the customer base;

Candidate requirements:

  • - Knowledge of Azerbaijani and Russian languages;
  • - Computer knowledge (modem, Internet connection
  • ability to solve problems);
  • - Ability to speak clearly and precisely;
  • - Stess resistance;
  • - Ability to work in a team;
  • - Problem solving skills;
  • - To be responsible, neat and accurate in work;
